2-year comprehensive warranty on motors, control boards, and electronic components.

2-year warranty on treadmill belts, rollers, and drive components under normal use.
Workmanship
1-year warranty on parts and craftsmanship defects from date of purchase.
Warranty Terms
Coverage Period
- Lifetime: Main frame and welded structural components (for original purchaser)
- 2 Years: Motor, control electronics, belts, rollers, and mechanical parts
- 1 Year: All other parts and workmanship
What This Warranty Covers
Fit Fur Life warrants that your treadmill will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Damage from improper assembly or installation
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Commercial or rental use (residential use only)
- Damage during shipping (file claim with carrier)
- Units purchased from unauthorized dealers
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase
- Provide a detailed description of the issue and photos if applicable
- Our technician will diagnose the problem and determine coverage
- If covered, we will repair or replace the defective part at no charge
- Labor for installation of replacement parts may apply after warranty period

- Warranty begins on the date of original purchase
- Proof of purchase required for all warranty claims
- Warranty is non-transferable - valid for original purchaser only
- Some parts may be refurbished or remanufactured
