We offer direct online ordering for customers in England, Scotland, and Wales. For Northern Ireland and international destinations, please contact us for a shipping quote and delivery arrangements.
Shipping Costs
- UK Mainland (England, Scotland, Wales): FREE standard delivery on all orders
- Scottish Highlands & Islands: Additional £50 surcharge
- Northern Ireland: Please contact us for shipping quote
- International: Please contact us for shipping quote and delivery times
Note: Due to post-Brexit shipping regulations, Northern Ireland deliveries require custom shipping arrangements. Please contact us for a personalized quote.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 working days
- Express Delivery: 2-3 working days (+£50)
- Saturday Delivery: Available (+£75)
- Custom Orders: 4-6 weeks lead time
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Delivery Method
All treadmills are delivered via specialist courier to ensure safe transport. The courier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. Deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
What to Expect
- Delivery to ground floor or curbside (unless otherwise arranged)
- The courier will not assemble the product
- Please inspect packaging for damage before signing
- Report any damage immediately to the courier and us
- Keep all packaging materials in case of return
Returns Policy
30-Day Return Period
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Pack the product securely in original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Arrange return shipping (customer responsibility unless defective)
- Send tracking information to our customer service team
Return Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping costs
- Defective Product: We pay return shipping costs
- Wrong Item Sent: We pay return shipping and send correct item
- Damaged in Transit: We arrange collection at no cost to you
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-ordered products or special modifications
- Products that have been used or assembled
- Products without original packaging or documentation
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
